·         Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: For international bookings, Users may need to provide details such as PAN information or passport details number, in compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) of RBI or any other applicable law.

·         Contactless Check-in at Hotels: In case you opt for contactless check-in at hotels, we may collect copies of government identification like Aadhar, driving license, election card, self-declaration, and other information required by the concerned hotel to honor your booking.

·         Covid-19 Vaccination Status: Your Covid-19 vaccination status and certificate may be collected if you wish to avail any service for which such Covid-19 vaccination-related information is required, or if you want to access your vaccination certificate at a later stage for travel or any other purpose. RVCP will never process the beneficiary ID and other ID details contained in the vaccination certificate.

This comprehensive information is collected to ensure the efficient provision of services, adhere to legal obligations, and enhance the overall user experience.
